Sausage Soup

3 turkey sausage
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 carrot chopped
1 can chopped tomato's (I used spicy red pepper)
2 C chicken stock
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown sausage in a large pot, add onion, garlic and carrots and cook until translucent.  Add chicken stock, tomato's and spices and simmer on low.  Add pasta and cook until tender!
Handful of pasta
