Pulled Pork

1 C BBQ sauce
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C chicken broth
1/4 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp chili powder (I use the stuff that comes in the big jar from Costco)
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp thyme

Combine the above.  Pour a little in the bottom of the crock pot, place roast and pour the remainder of the sauce over top.  Roast on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8.  Shred with two forks.  Serve with rice or over toasted buns.
